In the early twentieth century, Cade became one of the most notorious serial killers North America has ever known. Infamous for torturing and mutilating his victims, he killed his away across the U.S. and Canada before he was finally caught in Alaska. But it would turn out his damnation on the electric chair would just be the beginning of his murdering spree. Cade now inhabits the Falsmouth Penitentiary on Unalaska Island, waiting for more victims to come to his domain.
